Job Description: We are looking for a talented and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our remote team. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating "gameday" graphics during the school year. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to start their career in the sports graphic design world and make a significant impact in a creative environment.

This is a Part-Time Freelance Position

Responsibilities:

• Update "gameday" graphics that include pictures and/or text information.

• Utilize Photoshop to make clean cutouts of players in a timely manner.

• Receive and implement feedback from senior designers to improve and refine designs..

• A commitment to working a minimum of 2 final score nights per month during (5pm ct - 12pm ct)

• August 1st, 2024 start date

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Photoshop

• Needs to be outstanding at "cutting" out players/people.

• Familiarity with Google Drive

• Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.

• Ability to make clean cutouts of players quickly and efficiently.

• Team-oriented, motivated, energetic, and a willingness to learn.

• Pay Structure: $1 per gameday graphic edit which intels only changing a picture and/or text information (not creating the graphic from scratch) and $50 per night for the final score hotline.

(For reference last year (23-24) we produced 30,000+ gameday graphics)​
